Why a Sole Proprietor Instead of a Corporation?

Having previously run a company with 300M JPY in annual revenue and many employees, I can state this unequivocally: In IT system development, "multi-tiered subcontracting" and "dumping tasks on inexperienced staff" offer absolutely no benefit to the client. Most of the [disaster projects] and [unfixable spaghetti codes] I have rescued were born from the distortions of such organizational structures.

Incorporating and expanding the organization would increase corporate profits. However, it simultaneously invites "increased communication costs," "decreased quality," and "price inflation due to middleman margins." By mastering the latest AI stacks, I have established the [speed] and [accuracy] to surpass a development company of dozens of people, all by myself. Eliminating all middleman and unnecessary management costs, I face the client directly with 100% responsibility and the highest quality from start to finish. That is the greatest reason why I deliberately insist on the "power of the individual (Sole Proprietor)."

From Business Owner to AI Engineer

I ran a business in the junk removal, handyman, and estate liquidation industry for 20 years, growing it to 300M JPY in annual revenue. However, with the pandemic, I quickly downsized. I helped all my employees become independent, transferred the business, and transitioned to running only the reuse department personally.

I used my in-house developed system "Yafubot" to automate second-hand sales on Yahoo Auctions, but balancing "physical labor" and "advanced engineering" was both physically and temporally exhausting.

I am not working as an engineer simply to earn a living. I have a grand, lifelong dream: "To move to Mindanao, Philippines, and rebuild an abandoned, beautiful resort with my own hands."

Furthermore, I envision establishing a "Free IT Engineer Training School" as a volunteer project in the rural areas of Mindanao. My goal is to provide free education and meals to local youth, discovering and nurturing talented individuals who will never have to struggle with work or financial hardships.

I let go of all physical constraints and completely shifted to [AI System Development & Consulting] because it is the absolute fastest way to achieve this goal.

I have no intention of ending our relationship as a dry "client and contractor."
