Challenge: Organizing a Complicating Customization Experience
For the event wristband wholesale and retail site "BAND-YA.COM", there was a demand to build a new system where users could create and order their own original designs. However, in the pursuit of user experience, there were concerns that the system would become complicated and bloated with features like a 3D real-time editor and product change functions.
Solution: Clarification of Phases and Simple, Robust UI/UX
1. 【】: Proposed a simple and robust architecture that clearly separated the "image creation phase" and the "phase of applying the completed image to a mockup (product)".
2. 【】: Designed a user flow directly linked to LTV improvement, from selecting blank items to confirming images via "AI Design (Generator)", and one-click cross-deployment (cross-selling) to other items (eco-bags, caps, etc.).

Result: Intuitive Operability and an Unbeatable Flow Promoting Cross-Selling
While appropriately keeping the development difficulty in check, we realized an excellent UI/UX where users can complete everything from design to order without any confusion. Furthermore, by implementing a mechanism to cross-deploy once-created designs to other items, a system foundation expected to contribute to increasing customer unit price was completed.
