The Limitations and Struggles of Real Business

I currently run two businesses simultaneously: a real business dealing with physical goods—"procurement and sale of reused items"—and an online business—"advanced system development and web production."

The reuse business is constantly plagued by tasks that inevitably consume physical time and effort, such as procurement, inspection, packaging, and shipping.

On the other hand, system development and client work require deep thinking and prolonged concentration (immersion in the context).

As a result of trying to balance these two, I faced an extreme situation where "there was never enough time" and "I was so overwhelmed with work that I couldn't create essential value."

A Craving for Automation (Systematization)

This hellish struggle with time management is the origin of my extraordinary obsession with "automation."

Having keenly felt this, I thoroughly pushed for automation and efficiency through programming, not only in the operations of the online business but also in parts of the reuse business (such as inventory management and price research).

Because of this experience, I deeply understand how overwhelmed and exhausted those on the front lines are.
