Initially, the client was skeptical of the outsourcing company's skills and requested a small-scale "test writing and test coding" job for only 3000 yen.

They had a strong sense of dissatisfaction and caution due to repeated failures with other freelancers in the past, resulting in wasted time and money.

I didn't simply perform the "test work" as instructed.

I analyzed the overall structure of the requested system using my own script and discovered that behind the visible bugs were fundamental defects such as "UI breakdowns" and "database denormalization" that could become fatal in the future.

Therefore, in addition to the test deliverables, I submitted the following "proposals for fundamental improvement and automation."
